Subject: Bethametasone --> where do I apply?

Hi,

I suffer from primary phimosis. The symptoms are such that I can reveal about 3/4 of the glans when flaccid and 1/3 when erect. For 2 I've been stretching my foreskin what I do twice daily while bathing. What I do is that I pull the foreskin back as far as possible and then pull it forward, insert my finger and stretch the phimotic ring, which is under the outer foreskin. The results are already prominent. I am sure that I'd be able to reveal all of the glans when flaccid though have fears of paraphimosis so I'll wait until it's looser.

The thing is that on Tuesday I'm going to my urologist to ask him for a prescription for BETHAMETASONE VALERIATE (don't know if spelt correctly). I'm sure he won't tell me how to use it properly as I live in a country where surgery is the only accepted cure of phimosis. Therefore where shall I apply the cream? Shall I put it on the outer surface of the foreskin, the inner one (where I can feel the phimotic ring) or both? Shall I avoid contact with the glans of my penis? Thanks in advance
