This should answer most of your questions http://www.surgerydoor.co.uk/so/detail2.asp?level2=Penis%20Frenuloplasty If you google 'frenuloplasty' you can find alot more info. Remember your Dad is a man too and can most likely be sympathetic to the problem. If your really not keen on letting anyone know perhaps you should arrange for a week or two off from work. I'm 37 now and wish I had really got this fixed earlier so don't let a little embarassment get in the way. Your lucky you have a decent Doc because I went to see one about it when I was in my early 20's and was told 'Nothing's wrong, it will sort itself out'. The experience and embarassment stopped me from doing anything about it and I let alot of 'opportunities' pass. I have two weeks holiday coming up soon and I plan to get this sorted one way or another. good luck!
