Okay, this might sound like a silly question, but how does one spot the frenular vein? As much as I try, I can't find mine. Also, do you pinch the frenulum, pull the skin, and insert the needle or do you just insert the needle where the tight part of the frenulum is? I feel really pathetic because I seem to be the only one who doesn't quite get how the process is done, and I really want to have this done.
