Okay, but I think it would be better not to take any photos down at a later time, for others to see them, especially as we are probably anonymous enough here. Just look at this one, what a shame. :(

Ah, it's not. Although penis do seem pretty real to me. ;) The (sewing) needle and thread are drawn on top for illustration purpose only. Surgical needle and a suture should be used anyway.

Can anyone else who performed the procedure point out the best place in a "triangle" to insert the needle? Thanks!
