good evening

i'm very happy to have found your amazing site

i'm 30 years old and have a non retractive foreskin (looks like a tuque when flaccid). I've never been able to retract my foreskin as long as I remember. It doesn't matter if its flaccid or erect. I can retract the foreskin about halfway down the head before it becomes too painful. I haven't tried any of the stretching exercises.

I've been sexually active for 10 years and kinda knew during that time that i had a problem. During sex i would always use a condom and this seemed to help with any penetration problems. My current girlfriend does not want to use condoms. If we use enough lubrication then i have no problems with penetration.

My question is there any link between phimosis and frenulum breve and premature ejaculation. I seem to be able to last longer when i use a condom. When I have intercourse without a condom, i seem to be extremely sensitive and cum extremely fast.

any help or suggestions would be helpful. i've ignored the problem for so long that i would like to get on with a solution.
