Subject: Please help!

I am new to this board.. I have a question to ask.. When I make a stitch with my sewing maching the top of the stitch looks great, but when I look at the back of the stitch its a big ol notty loopy mess. what is wrong?

make sure your bobin is threaded correctly

It's because you have to hold your threads when first starting to sew, when you don't they can catch and create what is called a "birds nest"

actually it may be your bobbin, I was thinking of something else, but the birds nest often happens
