 Does anyone know if it's possible for someone with an LIT (Library & Information Technician) diploma from a Canadian college to work in the States, or are cross-border jobs restricted to individuals with an Masters degree?

The TN visa is restricted to people with a Masters degree. You could work in the USA as an LIT if you started the immigration process and applied for a green card.....but that can be a long process.
