You make some wonderful points, Rose.

I have seen on most fanfic sites(ff.net and .org) where people put in disclaimers like "Characters in this fic are copyright {company}." It might depend on where the company is, but I think some areas have limited legal issues when someone puts somewhere that the characters and other likenesses aren't really owned by the writer. I could be way off on that, though. I'll try to look it up somewhere.=\

You also make a great point on copyright issues on Quizilla fics. I've yet to see a fanfic in which proper copyright info is adressed. There's actually a rule on Quizilla against copyright infringment. It actually applies to people taking other's result images, but the same idea is there.

Once again, great points, Rose. You make a good argument there.
