The history of the TL in the past five years does not show otherwise. You obviously do not work in the newsroom. Pat rarely showed his face there. Allison ran the newsroom. She made hiring decisions ... cough, cough ... Filler ... cough, cough ... Casey Jones. She handpicked her team leaders. She made all the editorial decisions ... cough, cough ... a section called 'Whatever' ... cough, cough ... all of Janoski's long-winded stories. Pat had very little to do with what went on in the newsroom. Allison hired, fired, and ired at will. If the staff wasn't on the right path, it was her not Pat that had it that way. Why do you think it got so out of hand?
