Subject: I'm sorry but...

Allison was certainly a bad boss. She certainly was terrible to people. And she certainly needed an attitude adjustment.

But looking back, she was probably the ONLY person in upper management who treated me fairly there. At least with Allison, I knew where I stood. Sure she made me feel awful at times, but it was only for that moment and the next time I'd talk to her she would be fine.

But look at how people like McHugh treat everybody. Look at the decisions McHugh makes and who he promotes. (I can still remember the scuttlebutt when a certain someone was promoted in charge of some of the weeklies...). He's a much bigger issue than Walzer as far as I'm concerned - and easily the reason the TL became such a venomous work environment.

But hey, I haven't been there for several years, so maybe she got worse. But for me personally, she was actually one of the bright spots.
