Damn straight. Along that same line of thought, maybe KR will recognize that Prashant Shitut, (VP operations) while upping their diversity number, has really done more harm than good. He has lost over 17 qualified and dedicated managers since 2003 due to his self indulgent "If your not screwing them, your not managing properly" style of management. Now there's a guy that is totally lost when it comes to understanding our operation. He said to me once, and I quote:"Once you make your employees understand that you are the boss, then you can screw with them"
