Why when I apply mascara do I get clmps of it smearing down my cheeks., and I am not even sweating? Has any one else experienced this problem. My partner always hates it when this hapens, what should I do to keep them? I really need some help with this one! My friends all say that I should finish it but the person in question means so much to me I don't think I could handle the break up! What should I do?
