PLEASE HELP SUPPORT THE SAMMY'S SPIRIT FOUNDATION. THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL TITLE AWARDED TO SOMEONE KNOWN AS THE "SAMMY'S SPIRIT AWARD" WITH
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS ONE SPECIAL EVENT BEING DONATED TO THE FOUNDATION IN MEMORY OF SAMMY SPHIGLER.

The mission of Sammy's Spirit is to ensure greater safety for children. Sammy Shpigler died from a fall from a hotel balcony after slipping through railings that were not in compliance with the most recent regulations put in place for maximum 4" spacing between railings. Instead the hotel was "grandfathered" into being allowed to use an older 5" spacing standard. The goal of Sammy's Spirit is to ensure that other children are protected from unsafe practices like this.
