My father-in-law Manuel Pereira was born in Ponce, PR in 1916,and moved to New York in 1930s. He met Judy Norat and they were married in New York City. I know he has cousins in Puerto Rico and New York City area. Any help would be appreciated. Manuel's father was Juan Pereira and his mother was Elisa Ortiz.
