Important information Gulshan-E-Mehran, Saadi Town & Saudi Garden.

Gulshan- E - Mehran is Government Society, Saadi Town and Saadi Garden both are Of Pakland Housing Projects.

These above 3 projects are attaching with Malir Cantonment area that’s why the prices of these plots are rises on daily bases.

Detail about Gulshan-E-Mehran

Gulshan - E - Mehran has 4 Blocks and each Block has four Sectors A, B, C, D
Like 1A , 1B , 1C, 1D , 2A , 2B , 2C, 2D , 3A, 3B, 3C ,3D, 4A ,4B ,4C ,4D.
IN WHICH 3B, 3C, 4D are in litigation also some area of 1A is in litigation so the price is not so high in these sectors. as compare to other sector in 1C TO 3A PRICE ARE HIGH AND IN 4A, 4B, 4C PRICE IN LOW AS COMPARE TO THERE SECTOR THATS is why from 4a to 4d sector are suited on the left hand side from Karachi to Hyderabad way before Karachi toll plaza in Gedab town and all other sectors are in right hand side from Karachi to Hyderabad way before Karachi toll plaza suited in malir town.

Sizes of plot are 120, 150, 240, and 400, 600 Sq Yards Respectively in Residential category and 60 to 80 sq Yards in Commercial Category.

Saadi Town

It has 7 Block 1 to 5 prices are very high above 9 lac to 11 lac depend on location because people are living there. Of 120 sq yards Block.

Other wise 7 to 6 prices are low from 6 to 7.5 lacs. 120 Sq Yards Plots.

Saadi Garden

It has 5 Block prices are same in all sector.
