There is a room block under Patriotic Prince & Princesses
Registration Friday nite from 6pm until 9pm (stage open for parctice too)
Bring all clothes for approval to registration, please.
All active military get admitted FREE with ID & a FREE pic with their
child or children on stage with introduction.
Pageant schedules will be in your packets at registration

Deposit needs to be in by: ($75.00 Deposit) June 12th No Door entrys at any of our pageants except at Malls!
Giving away Beautiful Crowns, Beautiful Trophies/Plaques, Brand name gifts, and medallions and Custom Sashes & Banner Sashes.
*Every child gets a tiara & gift NO one leaves empty handed!
Each child gets a gift from the gift table when exiting the stage form beauty!
Supreme package: 1 adult door badge, RWB wear, Spring Wear, Beauty/Handsome, and Side Awards: prettiest hair, smile & eyes. High Point, Grands, Supremes, Queen/King and Prince/Princesses. 1 Ultimate, 3 Grands, 3
Supremes, 1 Queen, 1 King, 1 Prince & 1 Princess and 3 Alternates. (Boys will be combined if not 3 in each division) for King & Prince.
All For: $125.00 (Overalls extra) (not mandatory)
You also get to do our pageant for FREE Supreme package (overalls extra & extra pics NOT included) if you get 5 other contestants to come & put your name down. You may also get sponsors to help. Sibling Discount also: second child ˝ off the Supreme Package.
We do have a fall back of 60 days. Please, bring your child’s Birth Certificate in case of questions. It can be a copy. (it is just to show not for us to keep)
So the pageant is June 28th fall back would be at April 28th.
All High Point, Grands, Supremes, and Queen/Kings And Overall Winners will get Fees Off Nationals .
All Prince/Princesses, Alternates will receive Fees off Nationals.
Age Groups: Girls: 0-11 mos., 12mos.- 23mos., 2 yr., 3 yr., 4 yr., 5-6 yr., 7-8 yr., 9-10 yr. 11-12 yr., 13-15 yrs., 16 & 19 20 to 21 & up Ms. & Married Mrs.
Boys: 0-4 yr., 5-9 yr., and 10 & up
High Point is the child in the pageant with the highest score Boy or Girl
Grand Supremes: 0-3, 4-8, 9 & up
Supremes : 0-3 , 4-8, 9& up
Queens/Kings & Prince & Princesess/ 3 Alternates in each Division.
Overall Categories: Overall Personality, Overall Most Beautiful/Handsome, Overall Photogenic, Overall RWB Wear, Overall Best Attire, $2o.00 Each or all for $80.00..( save $20.00) (excluding Photos) And Overall Sweetest Face $20.00
Awarded a Beautiful Crown,Wonderful Gifts, Medallion, and trophy/plaque.
**Each Extra photo has to be natural, and with name & age group on it. 3x5 to 8x10.. Have them ready at registration, please. And all paperwork filled out before getting in line.
Up to 6 photos maybe entered the highest scoring photo will be picked. No Glitz! Each. photo are $10.00 each or all 6 for $50.00 (save $10.00)
Overalls will be double crowned as they are NOT Mandatory! All are State Titles.
Door admission: $15.00 Each for adults/ 6-12 $7.00 Each/ 5 & under free..ALL MILITARY ACTIVE WITH ID FREE!

There will also be a Door entry the day of the pageant.. BIG beautiful crown to be given! It is a Surprise!!! It will be $35.00 to enter. Crown 12 inches tall! Beautiful!
There will be a comment box for your comments at the registration table. Registration will be from 6 pm to 9 pm Friday night. Door badges will be handed out then and packets. Be sure to bring large hair pins for crowns as a crowning pic will be taken after the pageant for our website.
Schedule For Sat. : will be in your packets (starts at 10 am sharp) Hope to be done by 5 pm. Or before. Stage will be open for practice during registration. 6pm to 9pm.
At All times children 1-3 years must have an adult on stage with them. And of course babies..
THESES ARE THE RULES:
This is a natural pageant therefore: No make up on babies 0-2 yrs. (not needed), light powder & clear lip gloss 3-5, 6-7 slight makeup nothing heavy, 8 & 12 make up just enough to look good on stage and 13 & up may use full make up. No fake hair wiglets or wigs at all, No fake eyelashes on anyone! No fake nails (except 13 & up), No Spray Tanning, No flippers (fake teeth), No high glitz pics or clothing, and No Retouching of pics (removal of stray hairs would be *okay), as far as modeling we prefer to keep it simple No flips, splits, cartwheels, heel stretches, No Pro Am moves,( hand moves and toe pops *ok), the stage will be a T formation, we will provide the appropriate music, Each contestant has 1 1/12 minutes on stage (will be timed). *If when your on stage and during an event you want more upbeat music just let us know, Our judges are qualified judges, Cameras ARE allowed at our State, NO VIDEO Taping, Please, No cell phone conversations in the ballroom, No Laptops allowed, Please, keep your cells on vibrate, No loud talking, Bashing has a **ZERO TOLERANCE RULE!! You will be asked to leave without a refund, if you have comments good or bad we will have a box for that or find one of us Leighann, Beth, or Miss Jacalyn our Lifetime Queen and we will help you. We all will be available after the pageant for questions as will our judges. There WILL be score sheets right after the pageant. We want to be a fair and fun pageant the way it used to be! We welcome your ideas! While the pageant is running please find one of our pageant family Miss Jacalyn or Leighann or Beth (which ever one is not doing the emcee job) and ask a question.
Clothing: Sunday best, flower girl, baby doll, or 13 & up cocktail, pageant gown, or evening wear. Boys: Sunday Suit, Tux, or Dress Wear (dress pants & dress shirt). Can be custom or off the rack ( NO GLITZ) or Glitz pageant dresses. You may wear a *semi -glitz off the rack dress :EXAMPLE: Da shawn or Lida..in that line with tag. NO CUSTOM! Tags will be checked at registration. You may use small rhinestones nothing med or large. If in doubt contact Beth Dearing at kybeautyqueen14@aol.com you can send me a pic for okay on outfits.
You may bring small props to RWB wear (only). **NO camo wear for RWB wear must have RWB in the outfit. Only in RWB wear you can bring your own music. Must be cued up ready to go. 1 ˝ minute routines only!
And it maybe custom or Off the rack. You may use sequins or small rhinestones on outfits.

*Girls 7 & up will be asked an on stage question from their MC sheet. This is letting the judges see their personalities.
Spring/summer wear: Custom or Off the rack anything from spring dresses to short outfits or Capris!
Boys: Tux, Suit, or playwear. There will also be a Mother/Child look alike contest FREE!
Tiara for each or Medallion for boys & tiara Mom's and a nice gift for each.
