Subject: Not a movie, but the new season of Rick Steve's Europe started on PBS

and he starts in Zuggspitz, Germany and goes on to the Italian alps. As good as always, with amazing photography. When we travel, we take a look at his videos before we head out to make sure we don't miss anything or waste time at a tourist trap.

been in France this past July, but of course it was postponed to next year. I only hope we can go then! Europe is getting hit with another wave of COVID.

planned on a couple of days in Nice, then we go on a river cruise of the Rhone and were going to end that with a couple days in Dijon. I was so looking forward to it. But they cancelled on us (as we would expect) and rescheduled. My goal for the rest of my life is to travel as much as possible, but this pandemic is not having it.

I was planning to take my watercolor stuff and do some painting everywhere I could, especially near the rivers and beach. Ah well.
