Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I

didn't see any movies, but I watched the first couple of episodes of a British miniseries on HBO Max starring Maisie Williams (Arya, Game of Thrones) called Two Weeks to Live. The genre is listed as adventure, comedy, crime and that pretty much covers it. She plays an almost Arya-like character. Her character was raised away from most civilization in a woodsy cottage, but she leaves to avenge her father's murder, meeting two goofy brothers in the process. I think there are only six episodes so I should have it finised soon.

We tried to watch a rom-com called HoliDate, starring Emma Roberts. I like her, so I thought it might be good. So horrible, unfunny and just vulgar that we turned it off after 20 min. Oh well.

I watched it with my 14yr old granddaughter and we are watching the 2nd one this weekend. I love it and look forward to the next one. Very Harry Potter like, which I watched the whole series over the summer with my granddaughter. We did a lot of movie nights with the pandemic going on. My hubby and I live in a self contained inlaw suite below my daughter and her family and we love it.
