Subject: Movie Monday! What did you see this weekend? I

watched an oldie but goodie that I had saved on my DVR. Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. It was one of his films pre-Pulp Fiction that kind of set the tone for many of his subsequent films, including cast members like Tim Roth and Harvey Keitel, and an awesome soundtrack.

The movie starred newbie Timothy Bottoms and Candice Bergen, but it was John Houseman. It inspired a tv series that ran for 4 seasons.

I absolutely loved it. The racing sequences were so intense and Christian Bale as Ken Miles was awesome. Lots of humor interspersed with racing scenes. I did not know the story behind it (Ford decides to get into racing which Ferrari has dominated) and though I am sure that there was some dramatic license taken it is still a true story.

Taught me where the Shelby Mustang car came from too lol.

Definitely recommend it.
