was out of town and didn't see any movies.

having seen all the movies. I've still not seen Bohemian or Vice. I'd like to see BlackKklansman take the win, but I like several of them. We'll see.

rooting for BlackKklansman, but would be fine with any of the films I saw winning it. Star, The Favourite, Bohemian, Vice were all great.

earned Willem Dafoe an Academy Award nomination this year for Best Actor. He was brilliant in the role. The film is beautifully shot and would be a great companion piece to Loving Vincent for those who, like me, are fans of Van Gogh's work.

I'll have to wait for Netflix I guess. There's like one theater in Irvine that gets art films like that, and then only for a week or so.

them in theaters, but can't hit every one that way so I use OnDemand a lot.
