Stunning cobalt blue embossed velvet and super stretch. Gorgeous stone work with thousands of rhinestones. Embossed velvet overlay on skirt. Unique embossed velvet train on back of long skirt. Dress is 2 piece and comes with 3 skirts! 2 long (one super stretch straight and other is chiffon flare) and one full short skirt. Comes with neck piece, many unique hair accessories, brooch pin for number and earrings to match!
