Subject: What type of saddle?

I have a 4 year old Baroque type friesian in training. Being new to this breed I am having a difficult time finding a saddle that fits as well it being a low cost english saddle. I was told to look for a wide tree and 8 inch gullet? Are saddleseats with 4 inch cut backs like the fox lane brand a good saddle to ride in? Anyone with advice would be very helpful since there is very little info and saddles for friesian horses.
