Unfortunately, legal issues have arrived and the FHANA Board had no choice,

Friesians@yahoogroups for our members to use. If I remember right this is
one of the reasons Friesian-L came into being in the first place. At least
our members will have a place to go.

To further answer the question and explain, The first error "under
construction" was put up until I could figure out how to remove the message
board. The second error was the result of me removing the message board in
the wrong fashion. Now these issue's have been resolved and I have been duly
trained on the correct process.

At this point I do not believe the message board will be coming back, at
least until we can find a way to better moderate it. Currently, it's all or
nothing, so yes the few have ruined it for the many. I personally deeply
regret this decision that the entire Board (all of us) have made.
Unfortunately, legally this is what's best for the Association at this time.
