Hey Megan, thanks for your reply. The issue is that the stallion is not FPZ approved. If he was, then the foals would be eligible for FPZ registration. Right? My question mirrors what you are thinking and that is… Are the foals eligible for the FPS B Book or FPZ? Logistically I think not but I'm just not sure. Other registries, and there are several, would be more than happy to take a purebred Friesian e.g. The Friesian Horse Association. Again, I'm just not sure but am always very curious to learn more.
