Lainie , have you heard about the soldier's memorial being done in Lafayette in ya'll's honor? I'm Brian Louviere's mom , a couple of friends and I were talking and the fact that so many lives are being lost over there and nothing is being done ( i didn't want it to be another Viet Nam)so we decided to DO SOMETHING so we formed a committee and have started the ball rolling it will be about 14-15 feet tall , placed in Putnam Park across the street from the Federal courthouse.we are planning a very large ceremony at sundown on Sept 11th 2005 so ya'll need to hurry home so you can all be there- I know I'm looking forward to brian coming home . His dad misses him so much. I'll put you on the e-mail notification list so you can see how it's coming along and I'll try to get a picture of the memorial as well so you can see an artist rendition of it. Percy Guidry is making it for us .. It reall will be a tribute to all that have served and those who didn't get to come home . love the site I look at it nightly and enjoy all the pic.. especially of brian, tell him we send our love and we miss him so much Madison's dance review is in May and Angel is dancing on stage with her to the song In my Daughter's Eyes, it should be great wish he could be there.
