Great website - someone posted a link on Rangerlist. I was at Lafayette High most of my Jr. and Sr. years. I had Mr. Carter's American History with a big guy named Brad Ortego - could that be Brandon's Father?
Brad was a nice guy, probably wouldn't remember me. I enlisted on delayed entry down there and after moving to Monroe, returned for induction and ended up seeing classmate James Firestone in BCT, AIT, Jump School and the 2/75 Ranger Bn at Ft. Lewis.
