Below are somethings we have accomplished and things we still need to do: (** task complete)

The Reunion Planner Checklist
1 Year Before the Reunion or Sooner
Get Organized
** Set up committee and begin people search
** Decide when and where to have reunion (Edgewater, Aug 6)
” Collect seed money ($50 from each comittee member)

Create a Budget
** Set up budget and select ticket price ($48 ticket price)

The Foundation
” Send first announcement
” Request personal biographies, pictures, etc. for handouts and memory albums
” Select entertainment (Band vs DJ) price quotes coming
” Photographer (Tracy has some quotes)
” Plan events, activities and games
” Slide show or video (Susannah Olmstead)
** Open bank account (Suntrust)

9 Months Before the Reunion
Create an Ambiance
” Create and order mementos and souvenirs, memory albums, name tags, etc. (NAME TAGS-LAUREN) (SHELLY- KOOZIE?)
” Design and order tickets and acknowledgment postcards (RYAN- I know you are doing the invite. Can anyone do the tickets?)
” Edit personal histories, videos or other reunion handout or display

Getting People There
” Meet with committee regularly
” Invite special guests
” Prepare and send second announcement

6 Months Before the Reunion
Reunion Decor
** Plan decorations, displays and centerpieces (FREE-Edgewater)
” Edit personal histories, update address list, continue contacting people
” Order koozies and banner and other mementos as souvenirs, awards and door prizes
