Reunion planning site for Decorations.

Keep in mind that Edgewater will provide many of the decorations for FREE.

Bonus Class Reunion Tip: You may choose to have tabled and room decorations to
liven up proceedings at the reunion.

It's entirely up to you to decide whether or not decorations should be put up at
your reunion event. If you have the manpower, time and inclination, decorations
can be of great help in making a success of your reunion.

You could either put up photographs of your school days at pivotal points in the
room, or group them together on a gallery display. Make provision for invitees
to
put up their own. For this, it's best to mention at the time of announcing the
details of your reunion, that they should bring their school photographs for the
display. Similarly you could have a display of objects associated with your
school years. Invitees could add to the collection on the spot. The items, which
are no longer around today, will naturally get the most attention.

You could also go in for more elaborate decorations like putting up a display
based on the theme of the song Stairway to Heaven. For this you could get a set
of stairs on hire, cover it with a white sheet and scatter snow batting or
clouds
at the bottom of the stairs. Then put up a board with the theme written on it.

If you can get the same kind of decorations that were used on the night of your
senior prom, it would be perfect. Depending on how elaborate or basic your
decorations may be, set sufficient preparation time before the event.

Last but not least, let your imagination loose and creative juices flowing. Take
suggestions from other committee members as to the options for decorations and
the means of acquiring them.
