Hi Shadowcat! good to see you here again.
Apart from aching, coughing and feeling rough with a cold all is ok for this this Wolf. I've been working away in the gardens and enjoying the late summer/early autumn weather. Getting lots done and enjoying the wildlife that is about.

hi everyone.
thanks for everyone whos put a message on my webpage, and for the emails i got from those who bought my book. i really appreciate them all.

my holiday hasnt been great. for the last couple of weeks anyway. ive pulled a lumbar muscle and got to have physio!! Im only 45 and I feel like an old croc cos im shuffling around and groaning or wincing every time i twist round or even just get up!!

Nothing worse than back problems - i really sympathise with those people who live with it all the time.
anyway, cant get on the 'puter much so just want to say 'hi' to everyone here and back when ive had the bone cracker sort me out!!
