] Date Posted: 23/05/07 16:25 I'm Mel, told about this site by a good pal (WAVE). Am an old ish (45) hippie pagan brought up by the catholic system and recovering still. Travels in thailand as a kid (ran away home, no money yet supported by everyone i met) got me interested in the attitudes and way of life of folks in the east, the socieities there and outlooks of buddhists then travelled to India and hinduism became of interest. 20 years later Happily settled in UK and still interested in it all, though not in a practicing way. (the eternal cycle etc) It happened about this time last year too but thats just us I suppose. Although many would love to sit here all day, truth is, we have this horrible nasty thing called the 'real world' to deal with as well (poo!!!!!!)
