] Date Posted: 31/05/07 11:24 Hi Don't mean to offend anyone with this but just wondered if you guys all enjoy solitude and are less social/outgoing/partyish than a lot of people you know I have always been someone who does not like regular friday/saturday commitments to social activities but at the same time want friends around me at certain times so it is a balancing act. My partner and children are similar really, hope that is not my doing. We spend hours together working side by side, silently together. Obviously friends need investment/nurtuing/watering for them to stick around and I so often don't agree to social engagements when perhaps I should. I can feel drained by them. But is tricky, espcially with my over reliance on the internet/text messages for relationships giving the feeling I am keeping friends happy but realising perhaps I am keeping people at arms length and sometimes it is easy to let my loner nature take over! What do you think? Maybe it is just me! :) love Mel xxx [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 31/05/07 12:02 Bit of both, I have associates who don't follow my beliefs and those who do, we sometimes interact together anyway. I don't think its condusive or necessary to be one or the other. By nateure, i'm more of a loner but not all the time. Blessings Paganwolf )0( [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
