oh ow eck I hurt lol. It was great and i would like to add i ran every flipping step :P Have a banging head ache and am freeeeezzzzzingggggg lol will be jumping into a hot bath shortly :D
Did 5k in 30 mins so not to bad :P
Oh a little 12 year old gal ran it in 21 mins and came 1st how cool is that!!
