Had oral surgery today and am feeling a bit rough. Mouth hurts like the devil. I just wanted to whine. Thank you I feel better now. :-) On a side note, if you don't mind. Please send some healing energy to my wife. She has been experiencing severe arthritis pain in her leg for about three weeks now. Poor girl can't even get out of bed without help sometimes. Thanks.

Ouch, healing energies for you and your wife winging their way over the water :)

Stinging Nettles and Lemon Juice are good for remedying arthritis (and pretty sure they won't interfere with any medication she may be on). A nettle tea with a dash of lemon juice tastes delicious too - or perhaps a nettle soup or another savoury dish including the nettles... drinking lemon juice (neat or diluted - hot or cold) may help too. Both the nettles and lemon juice help flush out toxins from joints and have anti-inflammatory properties.

I hope you're both feeling much better soon!

Thank you all. I'm feeling much better now. My wife is still in some pain but not usually as bad. I will try the nettle but I'll have to slip it into soup or somthing. She hates "All those weird teas" I drink. She won't even try them.

Glad you're feeling better Pilgrim,

I've got into those 'wierd' teas! "EEEEEK!", into summer berry and hibiscus at the moment.

Blessings
