i'm still here guys and gals!! (hi Newy!) just been to the doctor as i have been very mood swingy abd hot flushy and snappy and generally lathargic lately..... he's upped my anti-deps (DAMN!) and has told me i have to go for a full blood count done to see if there's anything wrong liver/kidney, wise, thyroid or hormonal, then(!) i have an appointment with my consultant in March, the results will go to him and i have to go through the whole discussion with him again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ..... have started drinking my catnip and mint tea and sage infusions again to see if they will help too..... so,, to cut a long one short (LOL) if you don't see me here i am probably asleep !!!!!!!!!!!

see you all by the fire, i'll be the one snoring in my blanket!
