Have a few on my wish list at Amazon, but would be interesting to see if anyone here has any recommendations. Mind you one of my fav meals is a made up one - basically chopped onion, pepper and courgette, tin of tomatoes, tin of mixed beans (organic of course!)and coconut milk, served with rice. We usually add some curry powder as well to jazz it up a bit. Rowan :) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Date Posted: 27/09/06 13:49 Well I'm not vegan now but was at one time. The book that got me started is "Back to Eden" by Jethro Kloss. Mostly it is a guide to herbal medicine but in it he also talks about vegetarian diet and gives recipes too. I liked the one for coconut butter. It was fun but time consuming to make. Happy journey.
