Okay - allow me to vent...

Does it seem odd that gas prices are at an all-time high and we have a Texas-Oil-Man in the White House??!!

AND - his buddies, the Oil Companies are posting record profits?

AND (this is the part that really gets my goat!) There is a fuel blend called E85, (Google it and read all about it) which is 85% alchohol and 15% gasoline. It is in use in the Mid-West. Detroit is all geared-up with vehicles that are made to run on it, they have been in production for a couple of years, and can run on both the E85 and/or regular gas - the computer automatically senses and adjusts for it. You may be driving one and not even know it - it's identified in the VIN number.

The alchohol is sourced from corn - that's right boys and girls - from a bumper crop that our government is paying farmers NOT TO GROW... and the byproducts are used for feed, textiles, and fertilizer... AND the engines run cleaner, putting out less emissions...

Does anyone else see the irony here??!! I smell a big dopey cross-eyed rat...with a ranch in Crawford.

Why are we paying over $2.00 /gal - with no end in the increase in sight - when we can be GROWING 85% of our fuel, while at the same time strengthening our economy AND cutting pollution...

This is insanity...and greedy Big-Business spending their record profits in DC to keep their gravy train on track.

If you voted for this idiot, I hope you're happy, and you can thank HIM when you spend $70 to fill up your SUV...
