I am afraid the American fighters do not have a chance.

The stealth properties decrease their speed and agility, and stealth is not totally, and what remains of radar visibility can now be used by modern detection gear.

Furthermore there is no clear indication that the other parts' situation awareness electronics is less worthy.

Therefore the fighter with the best speed will win.
