One example is a documentary on TV,
two nights ago.
About Cameroon (Cameroun) Africa.
And the bandits, corruption, lack of fertile land, religious conflicts, etc, etc.

However, even if people get an excellent education, they can become more of a threat. As with the genetic engineers in Argentina.
They are learning advanced science, and messing too much with nature and the balance of nature on Earth.
(on a large scale)

That is no good at all.

At the moment there is too much freedom and too many idiots.

It will require a massive intervention from advanced humans, the control group, and the powers that be.
