Likeable? I doubt it...when he was talking to Kelly on the phone the other day, he treated her like dirt, the last thing she needed was for him to bring Duke up........I don't like Kevin, but I love watch Dan portraying him. You're right I haven't watched the show forever.....Antonio and Todd initially were not so great.........but in order for the writers to keep them on the show......they had to redeem those characters, which they did. If they keep Dan, which I hope they do, in order for him to play that character on a long-term basis, they are going to have to make him a nice guy.

And one other thing, everyone on this site, keeps boasting about Dan's acting skills. Yes, he has the chops no doubt....a good actor. But this is 2006....times have changed. When I was growing up, EVERYONE on soaps could act. Now, you have to be completely "buffed" and look like a GQ model in order to get a job on a soap. That's more important than anything......I mean look at who won "I Wanna Be a Soapstar." If someone was holding that guy at gunpoint, he still wouldn't be able to act. Unfortunately, good acting isn't all that important to TPTB anymore. And I doubt that all the support we give Dan, will change their mindset. Sad, but true.
