Subject: election

Our club secretary has sent out notices concerning WCS next meeting. It will be for nominations of officers. This will be Nov. 7. Dec. 5 will be the election of officers. This is your chance to have a say in what goes on at WCS. I urge you to attend these meetings. Another track has left the NMMA and everyone is saying WCS have to stay open it is a great track etc. Last meeting we only had 6 people there and they were all officers. It is these same 6 people that worked and worked and worked all year so there would be a place to race. So drivers and members we need to know how you feel about WCS. Also the banquet will be Jan. 21 at the Community Building in Wayne City. It will be at 5:00 p.m. Notices will be sent out about it later. For those asking why it is the latter part of Jan. it is because of the holiday obiligations in Dec. and the Chili Bowl the first of Jan. which some are going to attend and we had to reserve the community building. Thanks Steve for getting the building and David for taking care of the notices.
