What you guys are saying isn't just applied to hockey players, but alot of guys in general are like that. I'm friends with hockey players and some of them are sweethearts, and some of them are assholes. BUT, I know guys who don't play hockey and who are they exact same. I think that we are all sterotyping hockey players to be one thing, but in reality they are all just regular guys and any guy can act like that.
