I want to take this opportunity to Welcome Sifu Joe Bruzezzi to our Instructor Staff. Sifu Bruzezzi is considered an Ambassador to the Martial Arts. Joe brings expert knowledge of Kempo, Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Boxing to our Instructor Staff. I personally already consider our Instructors to be among the BEST on Long Island. Sifu Bruzezzi will be doing a Shaolin Weapon Demonstration in the near future. Tai Chi Classes will be forming soon.

I would also like to officially Welcome Fitness Expert and Certified Trainer Rose Velez. Rose teaches our Womens Kickboxing Programs. Rose will be bringing classes in body toning and pilates later in the year. Check out Rose in our Womens Workout Video****Shes Awesome
