I recently discovered that my burlesque hobby has been causing problems for me, career-wise. (I won't go into all of the mundane details here, but I work in a very small, very socially interconnected field that is dominated by surprisingly conservative men). My career is the most important thing in my life, and always has been. As a result, I made the choice to quit performing with Glitzkrieg... and no longer have a use for the pasties, costume jewelry, flashy lingerie, wigs, and stage costumes I still have left. The last 4 years have been fun, but ultimately exhausting. I have to admit that it's not without some relief that I lay down my garters. Cover Girl Shoot, Charleston SC -- Aaron, 16:27:01 05/09/06 Tue [1]
Hi. We are planning to do a Model Locate Cover Girl shoot in Charleston SC. The shoot will consist of several models wearing the ML logo. For an example, take a look at the shoot we did in New York. http://www.modellocate.com/mlgirls/zencoded/nyc.htm
Participating models will get an upgrade of their ML account to Gold for life at no charge. Participating models will get copies of the photos and most or all will be featured on the ML web site; no fees are involved. A release (permission form) is required; under 18 will need to have a parent sign the release form.
The shoot will consist of a large group of models wearing t-shirts and bikini bottoms. Your T-shirt will be provided; you’ll need to bring your own bikini bottoms. We’d prefer a dark blue swim suit, next choice is white, then black.
Let me know if Folly Beach, Saturday May 20 at 10:00 AM works with you. We are trying to get as many models as possible at the same time, so if you know other girls who can make it, let me know. We will likely also ask girls who are already on the beach to participate.

We are presently looking for male, female and child models (ages 4 and up) -- NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY -- for our upcoming famous all-star mega fashion shows, 2005, held here in New York, the fashion capital of the world.
Our Community Fashion & Modeling Organization” has been in existence for the past sixteen years. We have worked with hundreds of different designers and models from all walks of life—different sizes, heights, and weights—Miss Universe, 2002, Miss Jamaica, 2001, Tonya White (Women’s World Wrestling Champion), and professional and amateur models from all walks of life.
We have worked with fur designers, sportswear designers, contemporary sportswear designers, elegantwear designers, couture designers, designers of Indian designs, designers of African designs, just to name a few.
The models we select will be representing the four different designers who will be promoting their designs in our upcoming Fashion Show 2005 here in New York, and will also be participating in our celebrity modeling scene, which features such celebrities as Al "Grampa" Lewis ("The Munsters",) Vinny Vella ("The Sopranos",) Tonya White (Women's World Wrestling Champion,) Natalia Bonilla (Ms. Latina NY USA 2004,) Camille Mangual (Ms Teen Latina NY USA 2004,) Katherine Muldoon (Miss Teen NY USA 2004,) and many more celebrities from the sports and entertainment world.
We welcome anyone from out-of-state who is interested in coming to model with us, as we have models coming from throughout the nation. (Anyone traveling to us from out-of-state who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.)
Our fashion shows viewed by millions of people via international television and media, print, and, of course, our official online magazine, which covers the event in its entirety, and is viewed by 1.2 million people throughout the U.S.. Your participation will thus, likewise, be viewed by millions. Also, on the night of the show, there will be modeling agents and representatives, people from Broadway theatres, casting agents looking for new talents to participate in their upcoming feature films, and people seeking talent for numerous other projects.

I am the mom of a model who has become a victim of a sexual predator in the business. There are several other women who've come forward as well. When we went to the police, we found out he had recently been arrested for the same type of crime and he was due in court that morning on that count. He skipped town & now there is a warrant out for his arrest. His name is David Herson with THG, or The Herson Group. He claims to work out of the following cities: Orlando, Las Vegas, New York, New Orleans, Miami, Chicago & Los Angeles. He says he represents 300 major fashion lines, but our experience has shown us that he does trade shows...builds booths & provides staff & models. Beyond that, we've seen no evidence that he's anywhere near the model manager/trainer he claims to be. Phone conversation between scout and model
A model is hired to be represented by our agency (subsequent to receiving her photos, and portfolio link by e-mail). The scout that hired the model contacts the model by phone after noticing that this model has only three really good professional photographs of herself out of her entire portfolio.
After becoming conscious of this, the scout immediately recommends that this model explore our Epiphany Models Referrals section of our website, the scout then notifies the model that this is a section of our website where she would be able to find a photographer to help build her portfolio and a hairstylist and makeup artist which will be able to glamorize her for her photo shoot.
After the model tells the scout that she has had her share of bad photographers, the scout comforts the model by telling her that all of the talents listed are Epiphany Models Professionals that are certified/licensed. Before ending his conversation with the model the scout informs the model that he will send her a link to our Epiphany Models Referrals section of our website.
After speaking with the model, the scout then sends the model an email with the link to the Epiphany Models Referrals section of our website.
The model receives the e-mail, click on the link named, “Epiphany Models Referrals link”. The link takes her to the Epiphany Models Referrals site, which she views dozens of photos of photographers, hairstylist and makeup artist from different states & countries.
The Model then clicks on a photo of a photographer that’s located in her area, prints out his contact info and immediately contacts him to schedule a professional photo shoot with him.
How to Get Listed
1.Request an application by e-mail
2.Once you receive the application complete it & submit it to Epiphany Models with a clear photo of yourself (Photos are non-returnable) along with a $10 money order
