Not sure why "the club" are so hot on not allowing anything negative, they seem very quick to put negative stuff in the press!
Sorry club but since when has a public liability claim for which we have to have the insurance been such a big deal, thats what its there for and we are we trying to make out were being sued? The insurance will pay out if it deems it appropriate and that womt effect the club, it should just make all clubs aware that they should have it as do all businesses.
Personally I think its time to move on and let the real people deal with it with the real facts
