I don't think Christer lacks ambition and drive - more that some of his behaviour last season showed he lacked a bit of humility and respect for opposition teams and supporters. That "I'm too good for this level" attitude may continue to rub off on some of his players, and probably acts as a motivator to every team playing Wimborne?
