My birthday is Feb. 6th....so I decided it would be fun to offer some horses for stud or brood this month!
Unfortunately, there are a few breeding rules for my horses. They are as follows:
1) I reserve the right to make the final call about suitability.
2) All adult pics must be chosen and approved by me (and Dixie) before the foal can be bred.
I am going to run these breeding opportunities a little differently. For most of my horses, I am only allowing one breeding for right now, and it would be unfair to give it on a first-come-first-serve basis. So....I decided to try this system:
-Every member who is interested in a particular breeding e-mail me or post a reply. Please include some sort of "resume". By this, I mean you have really nice foal pics chosen, a great mare/stallion to breed to, you would like to have a great show horse in this particular breed (I may choose to help you look for pics if I have time).
-Then, once I feel that I have allowed enough time (at least 1-2 weeks) I will choose the member(s) that I feel are the best candidates for the breedings.
-Thank you for your cooperation...this is meant to help make things fairest. If it doesn't work out, I will not do it this way again.
