Don't feel like a fraud - we all have problems with food and I'm sure everyone's problems will differ. I'm mostly ana but have on occassion been mia. Firtly, as hard as it is don't beat yourself up about the ammount of calories you may have binged on. Counting them will only make you feel worse. I'm guessing you will probably feel so bad about it the next day as well that you will severly restrict - but try not to too much. You are just setting yourself up for failure. Remember today is a new day and try and eat moderately. I know I'm probably making this all sound so easy and I know it's not but try your best. Have you tried being around people when you are likley to binge? I found that used to help me because I wasn't going to binge if people were watching me. Hang in there - I know how disgusted you feel after binging but the feeling will go away.
