Chocolate,
Yes, I've been struggling alot lately. Like you I research when I am grasping at straws, when I am trying to make sense of my body. I am just for something to have faith in, to trust. I've been so scared that I was going to keep gaining with 1350. To update: It's been almost a week now with higher cals and I have stopped gaining! I am so happy, I feel like my body is finally waking up and realizing that it is not starving. I lost a pound, maybe a pound and a half, since yesterday.

Thank you Chocolate! Your support helped me get through this. I will keep you updated because I'm sure that my body will throw me another curve ball.
