my bingeing is brought on by unhealthy snacking or "just needing to eat something" so she suggested buying vegetables already cut up and at easier access than other snack foods. Like she buys vegetable party trays from the grocery store so that she can just reach into the fridge and have something healthy right there. And another thing was having healthy popcorn in individual packs (which I didn't know they came that way) around because that gives me the saltiness that I want and I can get the butter kind for 100 calories. And it kind of satiates me a little more since I feel like I've eaten a ton of food. Those are the main two that I can remember off the top of my head. But mainly I think it was a lot of the same things that Chocolate and Deb have been saying. I think a huge problem for me is not being active enough. I complain when I am busy because I don't have any time for myself, but i don't wreck my body as much either. If I can think of anything else I will let you know.

Also, she is still struggling herself and it's kind of nice that I can talk to her about it. She's been bulimic for about 8 years and has been where I am. So it's been good for her to focus on me (without being demanding or pushy or controlling, but genuinely caring) because it keeps her mind off of what she has to deal with. She has a lot going on right now with her marriage...so if you could send some positive thoughts and prayers her way that would be good.
