the only thing that has ever worked for me when it comes to losing weight (besides being anorexic,which SUCKS) is eating consistent small mini-meals throughout the day. try to make sure what you're eating is full of nutrients...like fruits, veggies, fish, and whole grains. it was really hard for me to do this at first, it still is sometimes, because i feel like i'm eating too much, "betraying" my ED so to speak, but i actually have lost weight from it. i have anywhere from 600-1000 cals a day, depending on how i feel and if i'm feeling guilty or something, but it does work. it speeds up your metabolism if you eat something like every three hours, and it stops the blood-sugar drops that used to happen to me a lot (from skipping meals)
